"Touch Not My Anointed, And Do My Prophets No Harm" (Psalm 105: 15)

Akudo had been a prayer warrior, and a Christian soldier for a long time. She had been a firebrand, and never hid her identity,  faith, or belief as a Christian in any environment she found herself.

She repented in one of the great crusades held by Rev. Dr. Umah Ukpa in Uyo, even before she entered the university.
Akudo had fought many battles and won.
The level of sanctification of the old-time believers speak for itself. Elisha never received one Kobo from Naaman; Jesus Christ and the apostles never collected tithes and offerings. They lived devoted lives, and feared God wholeheartedly.

The lukewarm Christians hide their identities, and play hide and seek with their faith. Such Christians are fair weather Christians, who are neither here nor there. At the slightest temptation, they fall by the wayside. 70% of the Christian faithful fall under the mixed multiples.

Akudo had prayed down many lecturers who had wanted to exploit her to pass her exams in her undergraduate days.

As an undergraduate, she had brought down three lecturers in her department, who had sexually harrassed her. In her first year in the university, she dealth with Dr. Akpan who had wanted to exploit her. Dr. Akpan had failed her thrice when she had refused to sleep with him, after he had invited her to his office.  She had told him boldly, "touch not my anointed, and do my prophets no harm"(Psalm 105:15). I have a calling to serve God; beware." Dr. Akpan had thought it was a mere threat, and had failed her right away. What nonsense.

She then rallied round her prayer warriors, from different campuses, who  had fasted for one month on her behalf before gathering in her campus for an all-night vigil.  After the  prayers, Dr Akpan was denied professorship when he had met all the requirements, and was the most qualified of all the candidates.

Dr. Akpan belonged to a dreaded cult, the Ikukan Cult, that got their powers from the Indian Ocean. His shrine had collapsed as a result of the tarry night, and all the demons in his altar fled. A live virgin had been used in instituting the shrine. He lost a lot of favours as a result of the collapse of his shrine; he was greatly pained. Had I known comes at last.

Dr. Akpan had a small mattress in his office, which he used to perform the job. He did not take the girls to hotels, as that involved extra expenses, and to avoid being caught by those who wanted to trap him, and catch him red-handed.

Some students resisted his attempts to rape them, and fought back. There was this married Christian lady, who  had fought him to a standstill, and  gave him a wound on the forehead. The woman's husband, had him arrested, and locked him up for one week in a solitary confinement. That event did not teach him a lesson. The university almost sacked him before a politician pleaded on his behalf.

Dr Akpan took special pleasure in chasing Christian ladies and boasted about when he brought them down.

Super Story, produced by Wale Adenuga, and featured on NTA, once presented a drama on the theme of sexual harassment by lecturers.

In his story, a lecturer wanted to have a carnal knowledge of a female student, but the student tried everything possible to discourage him, but without success.

Eventually, the man had his way, only to learn sadly that the lady was cursed, and whoever slept with her died afterwards.

Despite every  frantic effort he had made to avert the curse, he still died in the process of carrying out the cleansing ritual .

At his age, his libido had diminished, so he used various enhancers as stimulants so  as to have a great performance.

When one principal wanted to use his influence, to chase a Christian female teacher, she followed him with wisdom. She brought her husband, who is a reverend minister, and they visited the principal in his office. The principal stepped down his desire to enjoy the lady, and never troubled her anymore.

Mr. Nwosu was a terrible womanizer, and was notorious for sleeping with many female teachers, married, or single. His wife, a nurse, left him because of his wayward life.

Some  female students paid money to lecturers to bribe them, to be let off their hooks, while other lecturers insisted on having a carnal knowledge of the ladies.

Some stubborn female students resisted the randy lecturers by all means. Some even abandoned their studies, and traveled out of the country in frustration.

Majority of the students succumbed to the lecturers' demands, out of fear and intimidation.

The female students in the campus had staged a demonstration on incessant sexual harrassment of female students by the male lecturers, boldly naming Dr. Akpan as a miserable culprit. A week later,

Dr. Akpan was caught by a close-circuit television, raping a third year student in his office. He had not known when, and how a close-circuit television was installed in his office,

and so, he became the first scape goat among the many offenders. The Bible says,"your sins will find you out (Numbers:32: 23). When Achan stole those items, who saw him?,but his sins found him out.

Dr Akpan was demoted and sacked by the university authority with a disclaimer published in several newspapers. Dr. Akpan had secretly travelled abroad, to escape the shame, and disgrace, that accompanied his shameful act. He  was arrested and jailed for an undisclosed offence, and was later repatriated to Nigeria, where he became mental. He was later taken for deliverance, and later repented, and became a pastor.

The second lecturer wanted to sleep with Akudo, in exchange for marks, and she had  told him,"my body is reserved for my future husband, and not for randy lecturers like you who only want  fun." When the lecturer victimised her, she did a three-day dry fasting, accompanied with a three-day night vigil.

The lecturer, Dr Chris Ibekwe almost died in a motor accident, and was flown abroad for further treatment. Dr. Chris actually sent people to beg her for forgiveness, and by the time he was discharged from the hospital, Akudo had entered her final year. The last lecturer Akudo battled with was another cultist, who boasted he would deal with her, to prove to her that he was no ordinary fool. During a campus cult war, his house was burnt down, and he lost all his certificates and prestigious academic laurels, and he suffered lethal bodily injuries. He was flown abroad and died on his sickbed.

When lecturers knew Akudo's story, they started treating her as a VIP.

When she came for her convocation, she was the cynosure of all eyes, and had won many laurels, after bagging a first class.

When she was employed in the ministry of finance, a director who did not know her story became the first casualty. He had made an attempt to sleep with her, so as to promote her, but had failed. When he denied her her promotion, she had told him plainly he would be sacked by the governor. Three months later, the governor paid an unscheduled visit to the ministry of finance, and he was sacked for been absent from his office.

Three weeks later, another director was posted to that department, and Akudo was promoted. Jesus is Lord.

"Go And Sin No More."

Nkechi and Ikechukwu wedded in a colourful wedding ceremony, that attracted the cream of society. The marriage was a one-in-town wedding, that attracted the high and mighty in the town, and beyond. There was money to spend, and Ikechukwu spent  it without hesitation. Every person who attended the wedding went home with a very precious gift--handbags, stoves, handsets, pots, gas cookers etc. After their third child, six years later, Ike's fortune nose-dived to an abysmal low, and he lost his wealth, and began to beg bread. As a motor parts dealer, he was well-connected, and imported his goods from abroad. His friends were notable millionaires, known in Nigeria and beyond. The dwindling economic fortunes of Nigeria affected his business adversely, but what destroyed him completely was the emergency of a greedy governor, who pulled down many houses in the state capital, and sent many hardworking people to their early graves, and before he vacated the office, imposed an imbecile ...

Not God's Will For Us To Marry

The next academic year began in September, after the long vacation. I was still savouring the visit of Adeze as we resumed for the new session. I proudly told Nkechi that  my girlfriend visited me at Aba. When you eat an appetising food, you don't easily let the memory go away quickly. Nkechi did not enjoy the gist, but told me she loved me. I was surprised because she had a fiance. We became closer as the memory of Adeze soon evaporated, and she never visited again. There were no distractions, and so we gradually grew intimate. One thing led to another, and Nkechi called off her engagement with her lover, Mike. Nkechi is reserved and loved me whole heartedly, to the extent she tells me the ugly encounters she had occasionally with men.  When the then old Imo State government threatened to sack auxiliary teachers, I was forced to do my PGDE at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. In my absence , a medical doctor, her town's man, came around to sleep with her, but she rebuff...

Chinyere Swallowed Her Pride, And Begged Aham For Reconciliation

When Okezie was newly transferred to  Saint Theresa Academy, every body saw him as a saint, not knowing he was a serpent in a green grass. He was suave and handsome, and feigned been born-again, but ironically, refused all entreaties  to join the staff fellowship. Soon, his true colour appeared, as he was an unredeemable womanizer. He soon began sampling the female teachers, one by one, both married and single, until his unholy assignment was completed. Some of the female teachers, even fought one another, in a bid to have absolute dominion. But the fool was betrothed to one beautiful sister whom everybody cherished and admired. You would have wished the beautiful angel was either married to your son, or brother. After Okezie had done the traditional marriage, he had continued his escapades until the girl discovered he was not interested in getting married any soon.  His in-laws asked him to complete the marriage ritual, so that he could take home his bride, but th...
